Sud Canal is a street-level shopping centre located around the market square of Montigny-le-Bretonneux. It welcomes 38 stores offering shoppers local facilities including a supermarket, food outlets, restaurants, services and cultural products.

The retailer mix has been reinforced thanks to redevelopment works carried out in 2016 : a new visual identity and the installation of new retailers like the Dutch non-food discount store Action, the affordable sports and well-being club Fitness Park, and the toys specialist JouéClub, created a new retail momentum for the whole of Sud Canal.
